Lead capture: every inquiry lands in the CRM

Every website inquiry lands automatically in the CRM — no copy-paste, no forgotten emails, no WhatsApp notes that never make it into the pipeline.

Why lead capture came first

Before pipeline views or ad campaigns matter, every inquiry has to arrive in one reliable place. Retailers were losing leads between form plugins, the shared info@ inbox, and messages on personal phones. By the time someone followed up, the customer had already booked elsewhere.

Lead capture was one of the first building blocks we shipped (March 2026). Forms on the website and manual entries from the front desk both land structured in my.repraesent.com, with a timestamp, source, and owner — visible to the whole team instead of buried in one person’s mailbox.

What we shipped

Website forms and manual entries create leads in one list. The dashboard surfaces new inquiries so nothing sits unanswered overnight. From there, the same record moves into CRM stages without retyping contact details.
