Pipeline, contacts, and email history in one place — instead of splitting work across Outlook folders, Excel lists, and sticky notes on the sales desk.
Why CRM and contacts belong together
Retailers did not ask for another contact database. They asked for one screen that answers three questions: who inquired, where the deal stands, and which emails already went out. Separate CRM tools force a second login and a second truth; most teams abandon them within weeks.
In May 2026 we shipped contacts, pipeline, and BCC email logging in the same system. A person is not a row in one tool and a thread in another — they are one record with stages, assignments, and history attached.
What we shipped
Table and Kanban views for the pipeline, team assignment per opportunity, and a full history per contact. When BCC logging is on, outbound mail from Outlook or Apple Mail attaches to the right person without an Exchange integration project.
